PATIENT CARE ADVOCATE (55404)

HOURS: Full Time Days, Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays

PAY RATE: $16.00/hr.

CPS Recruitment is partnering with an established company in Syracuse, NY to find a Patient Care Advocate to become a vital part of their team!

If you have excellent customer service skills or pharmacy experience, apply immediately!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls
  • Customer service
  • Accurately enter data of incoming prescriptions
  • Select billing and shipping methods accurately for incoming patient orders
  • Provide resolutions and payment to related issues on accounts/orders
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in a customer service or related field
  • Pharmacy technician or related certification is preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
