The second phase of New York’s minimum wage order will take effect on December 31, 2014. That’s this month, so there are things you need to know in order to make sure your company is compliant.
The New York State minimum wage is increasing from $8.00 per hour to $8.75 per hour on December 31, 2014, and then to $9.00 per hour on December 31, 2015.
