HR Generalist and Payroll Administrator / 55483
CPS Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Administrator / HR Generalist to process payroll and run the day-to-day functions of an HR Department in the Syracuse area.
Key Duties include:
- Process semimonthly payroll for a staff of 90 employees
- Reconcile payroll to the G/Land monthly bank statements
- Oversee benefits administration, bonuses, leave, and confidential employee files
- Maintain 401K and other benefits systems
- Manage employee onboarding
Background Profile includes:
- A minimum of an AS degree in HR, Accounting, Business or similar
- 3-5+ years of experience in a similar position
- High attention to detail and professionalism
