Recently I walked into an office and noticed a sign that read “A Referral is the Best Compliment.”  I instantly thought, “wow, I can’t agree more.” 

Two short weeks ago I had a candidate apply with Contemporary Personnel Staffing.  He was new to the area, motivated and willing to do whatever any given job required.  In addition, he was well-mannered, spoke respectfully and demonstrated strong enthusiasm.  Instantly we found the perfect placement for him and he was able to start work the following day after our initial meeting.  By the end of that same day, he had already referred a friend.  I thought to myself, “wow, we did something right!”  Two weeks later, we are happily placing our fifth referral from this one phenomenal candidate!

It’s quite likely that this candidate does not realize his impact and what a compliment it is to both Contemporary Personnel Staffing and the company where he is successfully employed.  We at Contemporary Personnel Staffing work with many wonderful companies in the Syracuse and surrounding areas.  However, one always knows the top-notch companies to work for because their employees are raving about their jobs and referring their friends as well.  These first hand recommendations speak volumes and benefit clients by saving them time and money, and improving the retention of valuable employees.
